<p>1 cana de faina de grau</p>
<p>2 linguri de amidon de cartofi</p>
<p>un pachet praf de budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>Crema de cafea:</p>
<p>40 g cafea racita</p>
<p>500 ml smantana 36%</p>
<p>1 lingurita de gelatina pudra</p>
<p>Crema de smantana:</p>
<p>500 ml smantana 36% sau 500 gr mascarpone sau crema de branza</p>
<p>1 zahar vanilat (16 g)</p>
<p>2 linguri de zahar pudra</p>
<p>1 lingurita de gelatina</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>1-2 pachete de biscuiti</p>
<p>ciocolata sau pudra de cacao pentru ornat</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti hartie de copt intr-o tava (21x32cm). Asezati biscuitii pe fundul tavii.</p>
<p>Amestecati ingredientele in cate o cratita cu fund gros pentru fiecare dintre creme. Fierbeti la foc mic mestecand in continuu pentru a nu se prinde. Puneti untul cand crema se ingroasa si cand ati dar cratita de pe foc.</p>
<p>Turnati imediat masa de budinca pe biscuitii pregatiti in partea de jos si chiar pe peretii tavii. Puneti biscuiti deasupra budincii. Lasa masa de budinca sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Se toarna o lingurita de gelatina in aproximativ 40-50 ml apa rece si se lasa sa se umfle. Dupa acest timp, incalziti-l scurt intr-un cuptor cu microunde sau pe un aragaz (numai pana cand se dizolva. Nu-l fierbeti!).</p>
<p>Bateti crema racita (500 ml). Cand crema se ingroasa putin, incepeti sa adaugati treptat masa de gelatina rece si cafeaua. Amestecati numai pana la combinare.</p>
<p>Puneti crema de cafea pregatita pe un strat de biscuiti (masa de budinca trebuie sa fie rece). Puneti din nou biscuiti peste crema.</p>
<p>Se toarna gelatina in aproximativ 40-50 ml apa rece si se lasa sa se umfle. Dupa acest timp, incalziti-l scurt in cuptorul cu microunde sau pe aragaz, numai pentru a se dizolva. Il lasam sa se raceasca putin. Apoi amesetcam cu smantana si zaharul.</p>
<p>Punem peste biscuiti si presaram cacao sau fulgi de ciocolata. Lasam cateva ore la frigider.</p>
