<p>150 g faina</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>60 ml suc de portocale</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>120 ml de frisca lichida</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, batem ouale, un praf de sare si zaharul pana cand amestecul devine usor si pufos.</p>
<p>Adaugati coaja de portocala si uleiul si continuati sa amestecati pana cand ingredientele sunt bine combinate.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, amestecati faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugati acest amestec treptat la ingredientele umede, amestecand pana cand aluatul devine omogen.</p>
<p>La final, amestecati sucul de portocale, asigurandu-va ca aluatul ramane neted si fara cocoloase.</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 170°C si pregatiti o tava (dimensiuni 20×20 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul in tava pregatita si se intinde uniform.</p>
<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit aproximativ 25-30 de minute , pana cand o scobitoare introdusa in centru iese curata.</p>
<p>Dupa copt, lasati blatul sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Incingeti smantana intr-o cratita pana la punctul de fierbere (dar nu o lasati sa fiarba).</p>
<p>Se toarna smantana peste ciocolata neagra tocata marunt si se amesteca pana se obtine un amestec omogen.</p>
<p>Intepati blatul racit, apoi turnati peste el glazura de ciocolata.</p>

<p>Intindeti uniform toppingul pe toata suprafata prajiturii.</p>
