<p>&#8211; 2 pachete de budinca de frisca<br />
&#8211; 3 linguri rase de zahar<br />
&#8211; 400 ml lapte<br />
&#8211; 200 g unt</p>
<p>ORNARE:<br />
&#8211; 4 albusuri de ou<br />
&#8211; 8 linguri rase de zahar<br />
&#8211; 50 g nuca de cocos fulgi</p>

<p>MOD DE PREPARARE:</p>
<p>In faina cernuta punem margarina maruntita, apoi adaugam si restul ingredientelor si framantam totul.</p>
<p>Din acest aluat coacem pe rand 3 foi in tava tapitata cu hartie de copt. Cand marginile foilor incep sa prinda o culoare aurie, le putem scoate din cuptor.</p>
<p>Intre timp pregatim crema. Fierbem budinca, apoi amestecand continuu o racim. Eu am pus oala cu budinca in apa rece, asa se va raci mult mai repede.</p>
<p>Cand budinca incepe sa fie calduta, adaugam untul taiat cubulete si amestecam pana se topeste untul.</p>
<p>Punem crema la frigider sa se raceasca in totalitate, dar mai amestecam din cand in cand.<br />
Prefer untul in locul margarinei, pentru crema, deoarece va fi mai tare de la unt.<br />
Dupa ce s-au racit foile si crema, impartim crema in doua si umplem foile cu aceasta crema.</p>
<p>Batem o spuma din albusurile de ou si zahar. Cand spuma incepe sa se intareasca, o punem pe abur si mai batem inca 5 minute. Spuma trebuie sa fie tare, sa nu curga deloc.<br />
Punem spuma pe deasupra ultimei foi si presaram cu fulgii de nuca de cocos.<br />
Este o prajitura foarte aratoasa si foarte gustoasa!</p>
