<p>▪ 5 linguri de faina moale</p>
<p>▪ 12 linguri zahar</p>
<p>▪ 2 linguri zahar vanilat</p>
<p>▪ 1 lingura miere</p>
<p>▪ 7 oua proaspete de casa</p>
<p>▪ 0.5 l apa</p>
<p>Mai avem nevoie de:</p>
<p>▪ 200 g biscuiti cu unt</p>
<p>▪ 700 ml de frisca vegetala</p>
<p>▪ 200 g ciocolata de gatit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile extra solide cu un praf de sare intr-un castron mare si puneti-le la frigider.</p>
<p>Aduceti laptele la fierbere, puneti praful de budinca si faina, adaugati zaharul simplu si zaharul vanilat si amestecati.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt castron, amestecati galbenusurile cu apa calduta si mierea, combinati ambele amestecuri si gatiti cu laptele pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Gatiti crema la foc mediu, amestecand continuu cu un tel mare si ferm. Veti transpira pana la final, dar va merita.</p>
<p>Amestecati treptat si usor crema fierbinte cu albusurile batute pe foc mic. Nu amestecati prea mult, lasati sa se vada bucati mici de albus, altfel crema nu va fi spumoasa.</p>
<p>Aranjati biscuitii intr-o tava de copt cu dimensiunea de aproximativ 32 × 34 cm (nu este nevoie sa-i umeziti cu nimic pentru ca se vor inmuia din crema calda) si turnati crema. Scufundati un cutit lung in apa clocotita si „nivelati” crema.</p>
<p>Lasati sa se raceasca usor la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Intre timp, puneti frisca la congelator timp de 5 minute si bateti-o cu mixerul (nu prea tare).</p>
<p>Puneti frisca, lingura cu lingura si repetati procesul de „nivelare” cu un cutit cufundat in apa clocotita.</p>
<p>Radeti ciocolata de gatit si presarati-o peste tort.</p>
<p>Lasati-l la frigider peste noapte si savurati acest desert delicios a doua zi!</p>
