<p>sare, piper, ierburi uscate</p>
<p>De asemenea, veti avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>o ceapa,</p>
<p>4 linguri de ceapa de primavara,</p>
<p>patrunjel proaspat,</p>
<p>60 de grame de pastarnac sau morcovi,</p>
<p>2 linguri de ulei de floarea soarelui,</p>
<p>250 de grame de morcovi,</p>
<p>2- 3 tulpini de telina,</p>
<p>300 de mililitri de sos de rosii,</p>
<p>o lingura de faina simpla si apa.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati ardeii sub apa calduta, indepartati tulpinile si scoateti semintele din interior.</p>
<p>Apoi taiati pastarnacul si ceapa in cuburi fine si prajiti-le intr-un pic de ulei de floarea-soarelui pe toate partile pana devin aurii.</p>
<p>Intre timp, inmuiati orezul in apa rece si lasati-l aproximativ o ora pana la o ora si jumatate.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati-l intr-o sita fina si lasati apa sa picure bine.</p>
<p>Puneti carnea tocata intr-un vas mai adanc, adaugati sare, piper, condimentele preferate, orezul, ceapa prajita cu pastarnac, ceapa de primavara tocata, patrunjelul si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Apoi umpleti interiorul ardeilor cu amestecul de carne.</p>

<p>Puneti ardeii umpluti intr-o oala mare, aruncati telina feliata si morcovii deasupra si pregatiti sosul.</p>
<p>Se dizolva o lingura de faina simpla in 50 de mililitri de apa, apoi se adauga sosul de rosii si se amesteca cu un tel.</p>
<p>Apoi se toarna lichidul intr-o oala langa ardei si se fierbe timp de 30 de minute pe capac, la foc mic.</p>
<p>Dupa un sfert de ora, gustati sosul si, daca este necesar, condimentati-l dupa cum este necesar.</p>
<p>Cand mancarea este gatita, lasati-o sa se odihneasca sub capac pentru o vreme inainte de servire.</p>
