<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Dizolvati drojdia intr-un amestec de lapte caldut si apa cu o lingurita de zahar, apoi adaugati uleiul si iaurtul.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat faina si framantati un aluat moale.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul pana cand incepe sa se separe de partile laterale ale vasului.</p>
<p>Acoperiti aluatul si lasati-l la dospit intr-un loc cald sa se dospeasca 40-45 de minute sau cat este necesar pentru a-si dubla volumul.</p>
<p>Se pune aluatul pe o suprafata infainata si se framanta putin si se imparte in 10 parti.</p>
