<p>Pentru umplere:</p>
<p>crema de branza dulce &#8211; 300 g</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 60 g (sau dupa gust)</p>
<p>extract de vanilie &#8211; 7 picaturi (sau esenta)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se macina biscuitii cu ciocolata intr-un blender pana devin o pudra fina.</p>
<p>Se toarna doua linguri de pudra de cacao intr-un pahar si se adauga lapte fierbinte.</p>

<p>Turnati laptele cu cacao rezultat peste firimiturile de biscuiti intr-un bol si, daca doriti, adaugati putin zahar.</p>
<p>Framantati bine amestecul rezultat cu mainile pana obtineti o masa compacta, infasurati-l in folie si lasati-l la frigider pentru 10- 15 minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, pregatiti umplutura.</p>
<p>Puneti crema de branza intr-un bol, presarati-o cu zahar pudra si adaugati cateva picaturi de extract de vanilie.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul pana la o consistenta omogena si cremoasa.</p>
<p>Pe suprafata de lucru, punem o folie alimentara pe care sa asezam aluatul odihnit.</p>

<p>Acoperiti-l si cu folie sau hartie de copt si rulati aluatul intre aceste foi intr-un tort plat gros de aproximativ jumatate de centimetru.</p>
<p>Acoperiti complet aluatul rulat cu crema pregatita, astfel incat sa existe un spatiu de aproximativ un centimetru la margini.</p>

<p>Folosind folie, rulati aluatul intr-o rola compacta.</p>
<p>Se inveleste in aceeasi folie, se aseaza pe o tava si se da din nou la frigider pentru 1 ora.</p>
<p>Dupa o ora, desfacem rulada din folie, o taiem felii si servim.</p>
