<p>Faina de grau 200 g</p>
<p>Apa 75 ml</p>
<p>Unt 150 g</p>
<p>Lapte condensat 300 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt 1 lingura</p>
<p>Esenta de vanilie dupa gust</p>
<p>Pudra de cacao 2 linguri</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti bine ouale cu zaharul.</p>
<p>Continuand sa bateti, adaugati vanilia si apa clocotita.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina cernuta cu praful de copt si praful de cacao, se amesteca usor.</p>
<p>Aluatul este gata.</p>
<p>Acoperiti tava de copt cu hartie de copt si turnati aluatul, intindeti-l uniform.</p>
<p>Se coace 25-30 minute la 200°C.</p>

<p>Puneti blatul pe un prosop curat, scoateti hartia de copt.</p>
<p>Formati o rola cu ajutorul prosopului din blat.</p>

<p>Pentru a face crema, bateti untul cu zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Continuand sa batem, adaugati laptele condensat.</p>
<p>Desfaceti rulada, ungeti-o cu crema si rulati inapoi.</p>
