<p>Crema:</p>
<p>mascarpone &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>cacao &#8211; 3 linguri</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>frisca &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>ciocolata neagra &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 20 ml</p>
<p>alune &#8211; 50 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se separa galbenusurile de albusuri si se bat galbenusurile, impreuna cu laptele, intr-o spuma.</p>
<p>Se adauga uleiul si se amesteca si faina cernuta.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, bateti albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare si zahar vanilat pana se intaresc.</p>
<p>In timp ce bateti, adaugati treptat si zaharul.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati putina spuma de albusuri in amestecul de galbenusuri, pe care apoi il amestecati usor cu restul spumei.</p>

<p>Se toarna aluatul pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, se netezeste si se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru 10 minute.</p>

<p>Acum preparati crema amestecand mascarpone cu cacao cernuta si zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Apoi, adaugati jumatate din cantitatea de smantana pentru frisca in amestec.</p>
<p>Odata ce ingredientele sunt combinate, amestecati restul de frisca in crema.</p>
<p>Intoarceti blatul copt pe un prosop curat, indepartati hartia de copt si rulati-l.</p>
<p>Lasati blatul sa se odihneasca in aceasta forma timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Sfat: Puteti folosi hartie de copt curata in loc de un prosop.</p>
<p>Apoi desfaceti carcasa si acoperiti-i toata suprafata cu crema de cacao.</p>

<p>Rulati din nou blatul, infasurati rulada in hartie de copt si puneti-o la frigider pentru 1 ora.</p>
<p>In timp ce rulada cu crema de ciocolata se raceste, pregatim glazura.</p>
<p>Amestecati bucatile de ciocolata cu uleiul intr-un bol si topiti amestecul intr-o baie de apa sau la cuptorul cu microunde &#8211; acest lucru va dura aproximativ 2 minute.</p>
<p>Amestecati arahide tocate in glazura si turnati-o pe toata suprafata ruloului.</p>
<p>Puneti desertul din nou la frigider pentru 15 minute pentru a se fixa glazura.</p>
<p>Sfat: Pentru ca rulada sa arate mai festiva, o poti servi cu putina frisca si fructe proaspete, precum capsuni, zmeura sau afine.</p>
