<p>Ingrediente :</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 200 ml;</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 200 g;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 400 g;</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 250 g;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; un praf.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca untul moale cu smantana si se bate bine cu un mixer timp de un minut.</p>
<p>Cerneti 200 de grame de faina in amestec si bateti ingredientele cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Apoi, turnati faina ramasa in aluat, framantati cu mainile intr-un aluat moale si elastic.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in bucati de 50 de grame si formati bile.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura, amestecati branza de vaci cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Intindeti fiecare chifla in straturi subtiri cu un diametru mai mic de 20 cm.</p>
<p>Puneti umplutura de banza in fiecare strat, indoiti marginile si infasurati intr-o rola.</p>

<p>Asezati rulourile pe o foaie de copt si coaceti la 190 de grade timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Puteti stropi rulourile cu zahar pudra.</p>
