<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru a incepe, pregatiti frunzele plasand varza in cuptorul cu microunde timp de 10 minute la putere redusa pentru a le indeparta mai usor.</p>
<p>Apoi impartiti in frunze si taiati venele prea groase.</p>
<p>Mai intai, taiati toate ingredientele: ceapa &#8211; in cuburi mici sau jumatati de inele, razuiti morcovii pe o razatoare medie, ardeii- in fasii, ardei iute &#8211; in felii.</p>
<p>Se prajeste ceapa in ulei vegetal pana la transparenta si se adauga usturoi zdrobit, ardei gras, morcovi si ardei iute.</p>
<p>Se tin pana se inmoaie, amestecand, se iau de pe foc si se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Infasurati legumele tocate in frunze de varza si umpleti borcane sterilizate cu varza umpluta, alternand cu patrunjel si asezand cuburi de sfecla proaspata in centru (sau pe laterale).</p>

<p>Adaugati sarea, zaharul, frunzele de dafin la un litru de apa si aduceti la fierbere.</p>
<p>Apoi opriti focul, adaugati otet si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toarna marinada peste rulourile de varza, se sterilizeaza 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Apoi infasurati intr-o patura si lasati sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Pastrati borcanele intr-un loc racoros si intunecat!</p>
