<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>

<p>1 kg de ardei capia</p>
<p>700 g ceapa</p>
<p>2 ardei iuti</p>
<p>5 legaturi de patrunjel</p>
<p>2,5 linguri de sare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati si curatati toate legumele.</p>
<p>Taiati in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Se toaca patrunjelul si se adauga in vasul cu legume.</p>

<p>Adaugati sare si amestecati totul bine.</p>

<p>Puneti salata pregatita borcane sterilizate.</p>
<p>La final, se toarna in fiecare pahar sucul eliberat de legume.</p>

<p>Punem un prosop de bucatarie intr-o oala cu fundul mai gros si puneti in ea borcanele cu salata.</p>
<p>Puneti capacele si acoperiti cu apa rece.</p>
<p>Lasati apa sa fiarba 15 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi scoatem borcanele, le inchidem bine, le intoarcem cu susul in jos.</p>
<p>Invelit intr-o patura, se lasa sa se raceasca treptat.</p>
<p>Pastrati salata la loc racoros.</p>
<p>Va dorim pofta buna!</p>
