<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Topiti drojdia in 100 ml de lapte cald cu putin zahar si putina faina si lasati-o sa creasca.</p>
<p>In timp ce creste, bateti ouale cu restul de lapte, zahar si putina sare, adaugati drojdia crescuta, apoi adaugati incet faina si uleiul, amestecand constant cu un robot de bucatarie.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul la loc cald sa creasca pana isi dubleaza volumul, apoi intindeti o foaie de 1 cm grosime si formati cercuri cu ajutorul unui pahar.</p>
<p>Lasati-le aproximativ jumatate de ora sa creasca, apoi prajiti-le in ulei fierbinte.</p>
<p>Presarati-le cu zahar pudra la care s-a adaugat zahar vanilat.</p>

<p>1 kg faina alba</p>
<p>6 galbenusuri</p>
<p>un cub drojdie proaspata (35 g)</p>
<p>o lingura lapte dulce</p>
<p>500 g lapte batut (sana)</p>
<p>2 plicuri zahar vanilat</p>
<p>100g zahar tos</p>
<p>esenta de rom</p>
<p>coaja de lamaie</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>un praf de sare</p>
<p>ulei pentru prajit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti faina cernuta in prealabil intr-un castron, in care se adauga aromele si zaharul tos. Se bat galbenusurile cu sarea si se toarna in faina.</p>
<p>Preparati o maia din drojdie, o lingura lapte putin caldut si o lingurita de zahar. Apoi, se pune maiaua si laptele batut peste faina si se framanta un aluat pana ce toate ingredientele sunt incorporate.</p>
<p>Incalziti putin untul, adauandu-se putin cate putin in aluatul respectiv. Se framanta din nou si se lasa la crescut o ora.</p>
<p>Dupa ce a crescut, se intinde pe masa de lucru o foaie cu grosimea de un centimetru, se taie cu paharul, care a fost trecut in prealabil prin faina si se mai lasa la crescut aproximativ 10 min.</p>
<p>Se incinge foarte bine uleiul si se asaza in tigaie gogosile. La sfarsit se pudreaza sau se adauga topping (dupa preferinte).</p>
