<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>3- 5 oua</p>
<p>400 g de rosii ( in suc propriu )</p>
<p>1 ardei dulce</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 ceapa</p>
<p>50 ml de ulei de masline</p>
<p>Condimente: boia de ardei, ardei iute, oregano, sare si piper nergu, patrunjel.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie cu ulei de masline incins se caleste ceapa maruntita pana devine usor aurie, apoi se adauga usturoiul tocat fin, se caleste 10 secunde si se adauga ardeiul taiat cubulete mici.</p>
<p>Ingredientele se amesteca si se lasa pe foc potrivit aproximativ 5-7 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi, se pun rosiile si condimentele.</p>
<p>Sosul se gateste aproximativ 10-15 minute.</p>
<p>Cu o spatula se formeaza adancituri in care se adauga ouale.</p>
<p>Se pune capacul si se gateste inca aproximativ 10 minute sau pana albusul se incheaga.</p>
<p>La final, se presara cu patrunjel proaspat.</p>

<p>Shakshuka se serveste cu paine proaspata sau paine prajita.</p>
