<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In primul rand spalam carnea, o curatam si o taiem in felii potrivite.</p>
<p>Este necesar sa uscati carnea cu servetele de hartie pentru a indeparta apa, astfel incat aluatul sa se lipeasca de ea, trebuie sa fie cat mai uscate posibil.</p>
<p>Batem feliile de carne cu ajutorul unui ciocan de bucatarie.</p>

<p>Condimentam carnea de porc taiata in fasii cu sare si piper.</p>
<p>Batem ouale intr-un bol in care adaugam parmezanul ras fin, faina si condimente dupa gustul nostru.</p>

<p>Dar nucsoara ar trebui sa faca parte din ele, va oferi intregului aluat o nota unica.</p>
<p>Acum luam carnea, pe care o stropim mai intai cu faina, apoi o invelim in amestecul pregatit de oua si parmezan.</p>
<p>Apoi o acoperim din nou cu faina.</p>
<p>Prajim carnea intr-o tigaie cu ulei.</p>

<p>Pentru a preveni destramarea amestecului de acoperire, este o idee buna sa intoarceti snitelele o singura data.</p>
<p>Dupa ce sunt prajite pana devin aurii, se servesc cu piure de cartofi sau cu o salata de legume.</p>
