<p>ð Pentru aluat:<br />
• 300 g faina<br />
• 200 g unt rece<br />
• 3 linguri zahar<br />
• 8 g zahar vanilat<br />
• 1/2 lingurita sare<br />
• 1 lingurita praf de copt<br />
• 1 ou<br />
• 1-3 linguri apa rece</p>

• 500-700 g cirese fara samburi<br />
• 1 lingurita faina<br />

<p>ð Pentru crema:<br />
• 250-300 g smantana<br />
• 100-130 g zahar<br />
• 8 g zahar vanilat<br />
• 2 oua<br />
• 40 g amidon</p>

<p>ð©ð³ Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1ï¸â£ Amestecati faina cu praful de copt si untul rece ras. Adaugati zaharul, zaharul vanilat si sarea.</p>
<p>ð¡ Sfat: Puteti folosi si margarina in loc de unt.</p>
<p>2ï¸â£ Incorporati oul si apa rece treptat pana obtineti un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Formati o bila, aplatizati usor aluatul, puneti-l intr-o punga si lasati-l la frigider 30-40 de minute.</p>
<p>3ï¸â£ Pentru crema, bateti smantana cu zaharul, zaharul vanilat si ouale. Adaugati amidonul si amestecati pana obtineti o crema fina.</p>
<p>Treceti ciresele fara samburi prin amestecul de faina si amidon.</p>
<p>4ï¸â£ Intindeti aluatul intr-o foaie subtire si asezati-l intr-o tava, inclusiv pe marginile acesteia.</p>
<p>Adaugati ciresele si turnati crema deasupra.</p>
<p>5ï¸â£ Coaceti tarta in cuptorul preincalzit la 180-190°C timp de aproximativ 60-70 de minute.</p>
<p>âï¸ Lasati desertul sa se raceasca complet inainte de servire pentru un gust perfect.</p>
