<p>Ingrediente pentru crema de lamaie:</p>
<p>125 ml suc de lamaie</p>
<p>50 ml apa	</p>
<p>o lingurita coaja de lamaie rasa</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>zahar pudra</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru decorare:</p>
<p>300 ml crema de vanilie</p>
<p>6 linguri nuca maruntita</p>
<p>aroma de vanilie</p>
<p>nuca de cocos</p>
<p>1 plic frisca</p>
<p>Prepararea aluatului:</p>
<p>Separati albusurile de galbenusuri. Bateti albusurile pana cand obtienti o spuma, adaugati zaharul treptat si amestecati pana cand acesta se topeste complet. </p>
<p>Bateti separat galbenusurile si adaugati-le peste albusurile batute spuma, amestecati usor cu o spatula adaugand treptat si faina. </p>
<p>Impartim compozitia in 2 vase pentru a face 2 blaturi, punem hartie de copt in tava, adaugam compozitia si o bagam in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de aproximativ 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Cand s-au racit cele 2 blaturi, le taiem in 3, astfel obtinandu-se 6 foi de tort.</p>
<p>Prepararea cremei:</p>
<p>Amestecati sucul de lamie cu coaja de lamie rasa si zaharul. Ouale se amesteca separat si se adauga peste celelalte ingrediente amestecandu-se constant pentru a nu se prinde. Amestecam timp de aproximativ 5 minute dupa care punem crema obtinuta intr-un castron si acoperim cu o folie.</p>
<p>Inainte sa puneti crema pe foile tortului, presarati foile cu nuca de cocos.</p>
<p>Pentru decorare puteti folosi crema de vanilie si frisca, presarati apoi nucile maruntite.</p>
<p>Bagati tortul la frigider timp de cel putin 6 ore.</p>
