<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti ouale (la temperatura camerei) si zaharul intr-un bol.</p>

<p>Bateti cu un mixer pana cand volumul creste de 2- 3 ori.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu o spatula pentru a pastra cat mai multe bule de aer in aluat.</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita sau in cuptorul cu microunde se incalzeste laptele impreuna cu untul.</p>
<p>Introduceti amestecul de lapte in mai multe doze.</p>
<p>Aluatul va curge putin, dar asa trebuie.</p>

<p>Se toarna intr-o forma, aici diametrul este de 18 centimetri.</p>

<p>Se coace la cuptor la 160 de grade timp de 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Nu deschideti usa in prima jumatate de ora!</p>
<p>Verificati pregatirea cu o frigaruie, raciti complet blatul pe un gratar.</p>

<p>Pentru crema, puneti intr-un castron lapte condensat fiert si branza moale (o puteti inlocui cu smantana groasa).</p>

<p>Daca acest lucru este dificil de facut, puteti adauga cateva linguri de lapte.</p>

<p>Nu folositi toata crema, lasati o treime pentru decor.</p>
<p>Puneti tortul la frigider pentru o ora.</p>
<p>Nivelati tortul cu crema ramasa.</p>
<p>Dupa ce puneti niste lapte condensat fiert intr-o punga cu coltul taiat, trageti o spirala la suprafata sau decorati dupa dorinta.</p>
