<p>Vom avea nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>

<p>400 g biscuiti</p>
<p>150 g unt topit</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>200 ml frisca</p>
<p>250 g mascarpone sau crema de branza</p>
<p>200 g de piersici</p>
<p>Zahar pudra pentru decor</p>
<p>Forma de copt: 24 cm</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se macina biscuitii intr-un mixer electric.</p>
<p>Se adauga untul topit si se amesteca cu firimiturile rezultate.</p>

<p>Punem 3/4 din acest amestec intr-o forma &#8211; apasand ferm cu fundul unui pahar.</p>

<p>Puneti frisca lichida intr-un bol si bateti pana se intareste.</p>
<p>Se pune branza mascarpone in frisca si se bate din nou.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si fructele taiate felii.</p>

<p>Aplicati crema rezultata pe masa de biscuiti, dar nu pana la margini.</p>
<p>Puneti amestecul de firimituri ramas deasupra cremei.</p>

<p>Dam la frigider pentru cel putin 1 ora.</p>
<p>Se orneaza cu zahar pudra si se serveste.</p>
