<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti lapte cald, ulei vegetal, drojdie uscata, zahar granulat si sare in framantator, amestecati bine toate ingredientele si apoi lasati aluatul sa se odihneasca timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Dupa odihna, adaugati faina intr-un mod controlat si apoi incepeti sa framantati.</p>
<p>Ar trebui sa aiba o consistenta care sa nu se lipeasca de maini.</p>
<p>Dupa ce aluatul este gata, acoperiti-l cu folie alimentara si acoperiti-l cu o carpa si lasati-l intr-un mediu cald sa creasca timp de 1 ora.</p>
<p>Dupa ce a crescut, colectati aluatul si dezumflati-l si puneti-l deoparte.</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati umplutura, radeti branza alba si cheddar.</p>
<p>Dupa ce amestecati branza, radeti cartoful fiert si adaugati-l.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 6 parti egale si rotiti-le.</p>
<p>Dupa ce ati amestecat bine umplutura, deschideti usor aluatul cu mana si puneti-l inauntru.</p>

<p>Apoi combinati aluatul de pe margini in sus si rotiti-l din nou.</p>
<p>Apoi deschideti din nou bezeaua umpluta cu mana si faceti o gaura foarte mica in mijloc.</p>
<p>Dupa aplicarea acestui proces pe toate turtele, asezati-le pe o tava de copt tapetata cu hartie unsa si coaceti intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 220 de grade pana se rumenesc.</p>
