<p>✓ Faina de grau 400 g</p>
<p>✓ Kefir 1 sticluta</p>
<p>✓ Sifon 1 lingura</p>
<p>✓ Sare 1 lingurita</p>
<p>✓ Branza 300-400 g</p>
<p>✓ Verdeata</p>
<p>✓ Unt dupa gust</p>
<p>✓ Iaurt 200 ml</p>
<p>✓ 2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati sifon si kefir, amestecati si lasati timp de cinci minute.</p>
<p>Cernem faina si adaugam sare, turnati chefir si framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Presarati putina faina pe aluat si lasati-o 10 minute, acoperita cu un prosop.</p>
<p>In timp ce aluatul se odihneste, radeti branza, adaugati ierburi tocate si sare daca doriti.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 6 parti egale, rotiti-o pe fiecare intr-un tort plat, asezati aproximativ doua linguri de umplutura in centru si ciupiti marginile.</p>
<p>Apasati punga rezultata cu palma si rotiti-o cu un sucitor intr-un cerc subtire cu un diametru de 20 de centimetri.</p>
<p>Se prajeste turta intr-o tigaie uscata timp de 3 minute pe fiecare parte. Puneti-le intr-un teanc si manjiti-le cu putin unt.</p>
<p>Din iaurt si usturoi pregatiti sosul si serviti cu turtele.</p>
<p>Datorita aluatului flexibil si a umpluturii elementare, aceste tortilla se gatesc foarte repede.</p>
<p>Incercati sa le faceti in loc de paine pentru primul dvs. fel!</p>
