<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>apa &#8211; 350 ml;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 700 g.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare in apa.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si framantati aluat moale, apoi acoperiti cu o punga sau un prosop si lasati 20-30 de minute in timp ce pregatiti umplutura.</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>spanac &#8211; 370 g;</p>
<p>marar &#8211; 1 legatura;</p>
<p>patrunjel &#8211; 1 legatura;</p>
<p>ceapa verde &#8211; 1 legatura;</p>
<p>sare si condimente dupa gust (coriandru macinat, piper negru, boia de ardei);</p>
<p>ceapa &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Clatiti bine verdeata si taiati-o cu un cutit, adaugati sare si condimente.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa marunt si caliti-o intr-o cantitate mica de ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Adaugati la verdeturile si amestecati.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 14 bucati.</p>

<p>Se ruleaza in bile, se presara usor cu faina.</p>
<p>Intindeti bila de aluat cat mai subtire si intindeti 1/7 din umplutura.</p>

<p>Ungeti marginile cu apa folosind o pensula de patiserie.</p>
<p>Acoperiti blatul cu o alta bucata de aluat rulat.</p>

<p>Ciupiti marginile.</p>
<p>Se prajeste in ulei vegetal la foc mediu pe ambele parti.</p>
<p>De asemenea, puteti praji intr- o tigaie uscata si apoi ungeti cu unt/ulei vegetal.</p>

<p>Veti obtine 7 turte mari cu umplutura verde suculenta!</p>
<p>Gustos, apetisant, prietenos cu bugetul.</p>
<p>Umplutura poate fi absolut orice, exista si diferite optiuni de gatit &#8211; intr-o tigaie uscata sau in ulei.</p>
<p>In ambele cazuri, va iesi foarte gustos si satisfacator!</p>
