<p>Ingrediente (pentru 8-10 porţii):</p>

<p>200 gr faina</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>sare (un varf de cutit)</p>
<p>1/2 kg prune</p>
<p>100 gr pesmet</p>
<p>50 gr zahar pudra</p>
<p>scortisoara (după gust)</p>
<p>50 ml ulei</p>
<p>GĂLUŞTE CU PRUNE. Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se fierb cartofii in coaja aproximativ 30 de minute. In timp ce fierb cartofii am prajit pesmetul in ulei (amestecand mereu cu o lingura de lemn ca sa nu se prinda). </p>
<p>In momentul in care pesmetul s-a rumenit frumos l-am pus intr-un bol uscat si rece. Am spalat prunele, am scos samburii apoi le-am lasat la scurs.</p>
<p>Am pus pe foc o oala cu 3-4 l de apa, in care am pus o jumatate de lingurita de sare si doua linguri ulei.</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-au fiert cartofii i-am curatat de coaja (trebuie sa fie fierbinti). I-am dat prin masina de tocat, i-am stropit cu putin ulei (3-4 linguri). </p>
<p>I-am lasat sa se raceasca iar apoi am adaugat faina, sarea si oul. Am facut aluatul, l-am intins cu facaletul si l-am taiat in patrate (aproximativ 10 cm pe 10 cm). </p>
<p>Am invelit fiecare pruna in aluat si le-am modelat frumos sub forma de galusca.</p>
<p>Cand apa a dat in clocot am dat focul la mic si am pus 6-8 galusti la fiert. Le-am fiert 15-20 min, le-am scos cu o spumiera pe rand si le-am dat prin pesmet. Le-am pudrat cu zahar si scortisoara doar in momentul in care le-am servit.</p>
