<p>150 grame de carnati afumati;</p>
<p>pasta de rosii dupa gust;</p>
<p>3 cartofi;</p>
<p>Sare dupa gust;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Scoateti frunzele verzi din varza alba si apoi taiati varza marunt.</p>
<p>Se toarna ulei vegetal intr-o oala adanca, se incalzeste si se pune varza pregatita.</p>
<p>Se fierbe la foc mediu, sub un capac inchis: pana se inmoaie si devine maro auriu.</p>
<p>Spalam morcovul, il curatam si il dam pe o razatoare grosiera.</p>
<p>Dupa ce varza devine moale, trimiteti morcovii in oala, adaugati pasta de rosii, sare si piper negru dupa gust.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul bine si continuati sa fierbeti sub capac.</p>
<p>Spalam ciupercile proaspete, le uscam si le taiem feliile subtiri.</p>
<p>Se toarna ulei vegetal intr-o tigaie separata, se pun ciupercile si se fierb la foc mediu pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Curatam ceapa, o taiem in cuburi de dimensiuni medii sau inele subtiri, dupa cum doriti.</p>
<p>Scoateti ciupercile prajite si transferati-le intr-o farfurie.</p>
<p>In aceeasi tigaie, ceapa tocata, se prajeste pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii, clatiti-i si taiati in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Puneti cartofii peste varza si morcovi, nu amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati putina apa (50-100 de grame) si continuati sa fierbeti pana cand cartofii sunt pe jumatate fierti.</p>
<p>Taiati carnatii in bucati de aproximativ un centimetru lungime.</p>
<p>De indata ce ceapa devine aurie, puneti carnatii taiati si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se prajesc impreuna 1-2 minute si se stinge focul.</p>
<p>De indata ce cartofii ajung la starea dorita (sunt pe jumatate gata), puneti ceapa si carnatii in oala cu legume.</p>
<p>Adaugati ciupercile acolo, gustati si, daca este necesar, mai adaugati sare, piper sau pasta de rosii.</p>
<p>Acoperim tava cu un capac, continuam sa fiarbem pana cand cartofii sunt fierti.</p>
<p>Varza inabusita cu cartofi, carnati si ciuperci este foarte gustoasa.</p>
