<p>Pentru doua kilograme de dovlecei conform retetei, avem nevoie de:</p>
<p>3 ardei grasi mari,</p>
<p>2 cepe,</p>
<p>2 morcovi mari,</p>
<p>2 mere verzi,</p>
<p>3 ardei iuti rosii,</p>
<p>100 de grame de usturoi,</p>
<p>120 de mililitri de ulei vegetal,</p>
<p>800 de mililitri de suc de rosii,</p>
<p>3 linguri de apa</p>
<p>3 linguri de otet,</p>
<p>2 linguri sare.</p>
<p>Din numarul specificat de produse, se vor obtine 8 borcane de 450 de grame.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati toate legumele in cuburi.</p>
<p>Punem o cratita pe aragaz, turnam ulei vegetal pe fund si adaugam ceapa.</p>
<p>Se soteaza 2 minute, apoi se adauga morcovii.</p>
<p>Dupa alte 2 minute, adaugati toate legumele ramase si turnati sucul de rosii.</p>
<p>Acoperiti si fierbeti totul impreuna timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati zahar, sare, otet, puneti acum usturoiul si ardeiul rosu, apoi turnati toti dovleceii deodata.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se fierbe la foc mediu.</p>

<p>Dupa aceea, incetinim focul aproape la minimum si fierbem legumele timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Atat, ramane doar sa puneti amestecul in borcane curate si sa le rasuciti.</p>
