<p>lapte &#8211; 150 ml;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 400 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 6 g;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; ΒΌ lingurita;</p>
<p>unt &#8211; o lingurita</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Drojdia uscata trebuie diluata cu apa fierbinte, creati un fel de aluat.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, spargeti oul, puneti vanilie si zaharul clasic, adaugati coaja de portocala.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele cu oul, apoi se toarna uleiul vegetal.</p>
<p>Se pune laptele in amestecul de oua, se adauga faina cu praful de copt in parti si putina sare.</p>
<p>Framantati aluatul, in care trebuie sa adaugati unt suplimentar.</p>
<p>Dupa formare, este necesar sa acoperiti recipientul cu folie si sa lasati sa creasca timp de o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Impartim aluatul in doua parti egale, intindem straturi rotunde groase.</p>
<p>Placintele plate trebuie impartite in 8 triunghiuri precum pizza.</p>
