<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>cartofi &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 2 linguri;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 80 ml.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Fierbeti cartofii curatati timp de 10-15 minute.</p>
<p>Pentru ca legumele sa ajunga mai repede la o stare de moliciune, le poti taia in felii mici.</p>
<p>Se presara cartofii fierti cu sare si se paseaza pana la consistenta piureului de cartofi.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina in masa rezultata si se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Cand ajungem la consistenta aluatului, trebuie sa formati manual un sir lung.</p>

<p>Impartiti aluatul in portii mici.</p>
<p>Din piesele finite, facem bilute, apoi le zdrobim cu ajutorul unui pahar.</p>

<p>Incingeti uleiul vegetal intr-o tigaie, prajiti la foc mediu pana se rumenesc pe toate partile.</p>

<p>Puneti-le pe un prosop de hartie.</p>
