<h3>Reteta 1</h3>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>

<p>ou &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>suc de lamaie &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>mustar &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spargeti oul rece intr-un recipient inalt conceput pentru un mixer vertical de imersie.</p>

<p>Adaugati sare, mustar, ulei de floarea soarelui rafinat si sucul de lamaie.</p>
<p>Acum scufundati mixerul vertical in acest amestec.</p>
<p>Acoperiti suprafata galbenusului cu mixerul in sine.</p>

<p>Bateti galbenusul de ou timp de 5 secunde pana cand vedeti ca se formeaza o emulsie albicioasa.</p>
<p>Nu ridicati inca mixerul.</p>
<p>Apoi incepeti sa miscati incet de jos in sus si amestecati maioneza pentru inca 20 de secunde.</p>

<p>Trebuie sa obtineti o consistenta omogena si foarte fina de maioneza.1</p>

<p>Gustati amestecul finit si, daca este necesar, adaugati sare, mustar sau suc de lamaie dupa gust.</p>
<h3>Reteta 2</h3>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>ulei &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 50 ml</p>
<p>mustar &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>usturoi &#8211; 2 catei</p>
<p>suc de lamaie &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>sare dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti laptele, mustarul, doi catei de usturoi si zeama de lamaie intr-un castron inalt si ingust si amestecati pana cand usturoiul este complet omogenizat.</p>

<p>Apoi reduceti viteza de amestecare la minim si turnati foarte incet uleiul intr-un jet subtire in timp ce inca amestecati.</p>

<p>In timpul acestui proces, amestecul ar trebui sa dobandeasca consistenta maionezei groase.</p>

<p>Cand este gata, adaugati putina sare dupa gust si maioneza este gata.</p>
<h3>Reteta 3</h3>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>otet sau suc de lamaie &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>ulei de floarea soarelui &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>sare si mustar dupa gust</p>
<p>mustar plin de grasime &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Va puteti folosi d eun borcan inalt daca nu aveti un vas mai ingust pentru mixerul vertical.</p>
<p>Adaugati ouale, otet sau suc de lamaie, apoi uleiul de floarea soarelui si amestecati cu un mixer vertical.</p>

<p>Masa ar trebui sa capete treptat forma si densitate.</p>
