<p>Vom avea nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Apa &#8211; 350 ml</p>
<p>Unt &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1/4 lingurita</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>Frisca sau smantana din 33% grasime &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>Branza de vaci &#8211; 170 g</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 50-100 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o oala se pune untul si se adauga apa, se pune pe foc si se lasa sa se topeasca.</p>
<p>Adaugam faina si, amestecand continuu, formam un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul intr-un alt bol si puneti deoparte.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt castron, batem usor ouale cu un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat toate ouale in aluatul cald in portii mici.</p>
<p>Bateti pana obtineti o consistenta de aluat cremos.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul intr-o punga de patiserie si formati cercuri mici pe o foaie de hartie.</p>

<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 250 de grade si coaceti timp de 10 minute.</p>

<p>Apoi scoateti prajiturile si umpleti-le cu crema rezultata amestecand toate ingredientele.</p>
<p>Taiati prajiturile in jumatate, umpleti-le si puteti servi!</p>
