<p>1 praf de sare.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Topiti ciocolata intr-o baie de apa si raciti putin.</p>
<p>Bateti untul pana devine pufos cu jumatate din zaharul pudra.</p>
<p>Adaugam ciocolata, sarea si vanilia si batem din nou.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat restul de pudra dupa gustul dorit.</p>

<p>Veti avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>200 g unt,</p>
<p>200 g lapte condensat,</p>
<p>3 linguri cacao,</p>
<p>scortisoara dupa gust.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti untul moale cu un mixer pana devine pufos.</p>
<p>Continuand sa batem, adaugati laptele condensat.</p>
<p>Dupa aceea, adaugati cacao si scortisoara dupa gust si bateti pentru ultima oara crema de ciocolata.</p>

<p>3. Crema de ciocolata cu branza de vaci</p>
<p>Veti avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>300 g branza de vaci,</p>
<p>120 g unt,</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata,</p>
<p>60 g zahar pudra,</p>
<p>1 lingura cacao.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Topiti ciocolata si lasati-o sa se raceasca putin.</p>
<p>Bateti branza de vaci cu un blender si bateti separat untul cu un mixer pana devine pufos.</p>
<p>Adaugati cacao si zahar pudra in unt si bateti din nou.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usor ciocolata la viteza mica si apoi masa de cas.</p>

<p>4. Crema de ciocolata cu smantana</p>
<p>Veti avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>250 g smantana,</p>
<p>3 linguri cacao,</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar pudra</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati smantana cu cacao si zahar pana se omogenizeaza cu un mixer sau un tel.</p>
<p>Se pune pe aragaz, se aduce aproape la fierbere si se ia imediat de pe foc.</p>

<p>5. Crema de ciocolata</p>
<p>Veti avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>500 ml lapte,</p>
<p>60 g cacao,</p>
<p>300 g zahar,</p>
<p>2 oua,</p>
<p>50 g faina,</p>
<p>150 g unt.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Batem ouale cu telul, adaugam cateva linguri de lapte si faina si batem din nou.</p>
<p>Se amesteca restul de lapte cu zaharul si cacao, se pune pe foc lent si se fierbe pana se dizolva.</p>
<p>Se toarna un sfert din amestecul de lapte fierbinte in oua intr-un jet subtire, amestecand.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati amestecul de oua in cratita cu laptele ramas si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Se fierbe crema, amestecand continuu, la foc mic pana la primele bule.</p>
<p>Se ia de pe foc, se lasa putin sa se raceasca, se adauga untul moale si se bate totul cu un mixer.</p>

<p>6. Crema de ciocolata cu nuci</p>
<p>Veti avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>500 ml lapte,</p>
<p>4 linguri cacao,</p>
<p>1,5 cani de zahar,</p>
<p>4 linguri faina,</p>
<p>150 g unt,</p>
<p>150 g nuci.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se macina nucile intr-un blender.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina, cacao si zahar, se toarna laptele si se bate pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Adaugati nucile, amestecati, aduceti amestecul la fierbere si fierbeti timp de 5-7 minute, amestecand din cand in cand.</p>
<p>Cand crema s-a racit putin se adauga untul moale si se bate cu mixerul.</p>

<p>7. Crema de ciocolata cu mascarpone</p>
<p>Veti avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>300 g mascarpone,</p>
<p>200 g smantana 33%,</p>
<p>180 g zahar pudra,</p>
<p>150 g ciocolata neagra.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti crema cu zaharul pudra cu un mixer pana devine pufoasa.</p>
<p>Se amesteca treptat mascarpone cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Separat, topim ciocolata, lasam sa se raceasca putin, turnam in crema si batem totul din nou.</p>

<p>8. Crema de ciocolata cu gelatina</p>
<p>Veti avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>500 ml lapte,</p>
<p>150 g ciocolata,</p>
<p>70 g zahar,</p>
<p>1 plic gelatina,</p>
<p>1 lingurita extract de vanilie.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Inmuiati gelatina in apa conform instructiunilor.</p>
<p>Se sparge ciocolata, se toarna laptele peste ea si se topeste la foc mic.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar si vanilie, fierbeti inca cateva minute, apoi turnati gelatina.</p>
<p>Fierbeti crema inca 1 minut, raciti putin si bateti cu mixerul.</p>

<p>9. Crema de ciocolata cu banana</p>
<p>Veti avea nevoie de:</p>
<p>2 banane,</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata,</p>
<p>50 ml suc de portocale.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se macina bananele cu sucul de portocale intr-un blender, se pune piureul pe aragaz si se aduce la fierbere.</p>
<p>Se adauga bucatele de ciocolata si se fierbe crema pana se dizolva complet.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
