<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Separati albusurile de galbenusuri si bateti-le pana la spuma, apoi adaugati 6 linguri de zahar si bateti pana devin pufoasa.</p>
<p>Acum adaugati galbenusurile unul cate unul, batand pana cand masa creste in volum.</p>
<p>Se toarna grisul, faina si praful de copt, se amesteca cu o spatula de jos in sus pentru ca aluatul sa ramana pufos si aerisit.</p>
<p>Se unge o forma potrivita cu unt si se presara cu faina, apoi se toarna aluatul inauntru.</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade si coaceti prajitura timp de 25 de minute.</p>
<p>In timp ce se raceste se prepara siropul: se fierbe laptele si se adauga vanilia si restul de 3 linguri zahar.</p>
<p>Gatiti pana cand zaharul este complet dizolvat.</p>
<p>Taiati prajitura direct in portii si turnati peste el siropul de lapte fierbinte.</p>
<p>Se raceste si se mai da la frigider pentru cateva ore pana cand siropul se absoarbe bine.</p>

<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>faina de grau 350 g</p>
<p>oua 4 buc.</p>
<p>zahar 300 g</p>
<p>lapte 240 ml</p>
<p>unt 70 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat 10 g</p>
<p>praf de copt 2 lingurite</p>
<p>sare 1 praf</p>
<p>zahar pudra pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu sare.</p>
<p>Adaugati zaharul si continuati sa bateti pana devin pufoase.</p>
<p>Se incalzeste laptele cu untul pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Combinati faina cu praful de copt si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Bateti ingredientele uscate in amestecul de oua in timp ce adaugati amestecul de unt si lapte.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava cu hartie de copt si turnati aluatul.</p>
<p>Coacem 40 de minute in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C.</p>
<p>Se presara prajitura racita cu zahar pudra si se serveste.</p>
