<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>2 cartofi</p>
<p>un ardei gras</p>
<p>Ardei iute (optional)</p>
<p>ceapa verde</p>
<p>1 ceapa</p>
<p>1 rosie</p>
<p>100 g branza feta</p>
<p>1 cana de ulei</p>
<p>1,5 cani de lapte</p>
<p>1 lingurita de piper negru</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 pachet de praf de copt</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>3,5 cani faina</p>
<p>50 g de branza tare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In primul rand, radeti cartofii si stoarceti sucul din ei.</p>
<p>Apoi taiem toate celelalte ingrediente &#8211; ardei, ardei iute, ceapa, ceapa verde si rosii.</p>

<p>Punem ouale in castron.</p>
<p>Adaugati cartofi rasi, legume, ulei, branza feta cubulete, lapte si amestecati bine.</p>

<p>Adaugati faina in amestec, condimentati cu sare, piper si amestecati.</p>

<p>Aplicati amestecul pe o tava tapetata cu hartie, presarati cu branza rasa si puneti intr-un cuptor incalzit la 200 de grade timp de aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>
