<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>220 g paste</p>
<p>o lingura ulei</p>
<p>Sare</p>
<p>1/2 ceapa medie</p>
<p>450 g de carne tocata</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>450 g sos de rosii</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita mustar</p>
<p>120 ml smantana pentru gatit</p>
<p>Busuioc (optional)</p>
<p>Sare si piper dupa gust</p>
<p>Parmezan (optional)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati marunt ceapa.</p>
<p>Se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie si se caleste ceapa pana devine aurie.</p>
<p>Adaugati usturoiul zdrobit si prajiti scurt.</p>
<p>Adaugati carnea tocata si lasati-o sa prajeasca in tigaie.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati in carne condimente, sos de rosii, mustar si lasati sa fiarba sub capac pana cand carnea este gata.</p>

<p>Intre timp, fierbeti pastele in apa cu sare cu un strop de ulei.</p>
<p>Se adauga smantana in carne, se lasa sa fiarba 3 minute si se adauga pastele.</p>

<p>Se amesteca si se serveste.</p>
<p>Putem presara busuioc proaspat tocat si parmezan.</p>
