<p>14 linguri faina</p>
<p>½ plic praf de copt</p>
<p>2-3 linguri cacao</p>
<p>Pentru crema de cocos:</p>
<p>300 ml lapte</p>
<p>3 linguri gris</p>
<p>200 grame unt</p>
<p>150 grame zahar</p>
<p>100 grame fulgi de cocos</p>
<p>1 lingurita esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>zahar pudra pentru decorare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Blaturi:</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare intr-un castron mare.</p>
<p>Adaugati zaharul, mixati pana cand se incorporeaza complet.</p>
<p>Adaugati apa (cate doua linguri de o data), mixati usor.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt castron mixati galbenusele cu praful de copt, apoi turnati-le peste albusurile batute spuma.</p>
<p>Mixati ingredientele cu ajutorul unei spatule, apoi incorporati faina treptat, amestecati pana cand obtineti un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Impartiti compozitia in doua parti egale, iar intr-una din acestea incorporati cacaua.</p>
<p>Turnati compozitiile in doua tavi de aceeasi dimensiune (23×33 cm) in care ati pus in prealabil hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Dati aluaturile in cuptorul incins la 170 grade timp de 35-40 minute fiecare, sau verificati cu scobitoarea.</p>
<p>Lasati blaturile sa se raceasca complet inainte de a le uni cu crema de cocos.</p>
<p>Crema de cocos:</p>
<p>Puneti laptele sa fiarba la foc mic, iar in momentul in care da in clocot turnati grisul si se amestecati continuu cu un tel, pentru a nu<br />
se forma cocoloase.</p>
<p>Adaugati apoi untul si zaharul, mixati si lasati crema pe foc pana cand se ingroasa, mixand continuu.</p>
<p>Luati apoi cratita de pe foc si adaugati in aceasta fulgii de cocos si esenta de vanilie.</p>
<p>Mixati bine ingredientele pana cand obtineti o compozitie omogena, si lasati crema sa se raceasca complet inainte de a o folosi la prajitura.</p>
<p>Asamblare prajitura cu crema de cocos:</p>
<p>Asezati blatul de cacao pe un platou mare de prajituri.</p>
<p>Intindeti crema de cocos peste aceasta in mod uniform dupa ce s-a racit complet.</p>
<p>Puneti blatul fara cacao peste crema de cocos.</p>
<p>Dati prajitura la frigider cel putin doua ore inainte de a o taia in bucati.</p>
<p>Cand serviti decorati-o cu zahar pudra.</p>
