<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>ardei gras &#8211; 12 buc.;</p>
<p>frunze de varza &#8211; 10 buc.;</p>
<p>carne tocata &#8211; 800 g;</p>
<p>untura &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>orez &#8211; 100 g;</p>
<p>ceapa &#8211; 1 buc.;</p>
<p>morcovi &#8211; 1/2 buc.;</p>
<p>usturoi &#8211; 2 catei;</p>
<p>pasta de tomate &#8211; 1 lingura;</p>
<p>boia de ardei &#8211; 1 lingura;</p>
<p>piper negru macinat &#8211; 1/2 lingurita;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 lingurita.</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru sos:</p>
<p>ceapa &#8211; 1 buc.;</p>
<p>morcovi &#8211; 1/2 buc.;</p>
<p>usturoi &#8211; 2 catei;</p>
<p>pasta de tomate &#8211; 2 linguri;</p>
<p>apa calda &#8211; 2 litri;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 2 linguri.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati untura tocata in carnea tocata, tocati marunt ceapa si morcovii, taiati cateii de usturoi si turnati orezul.</p>
<p>Curatam ardeii de interior, scoatem semintele.</p>
<p>Se pune varza cu tulpina scoasa intr-o punga de plastic si se pune la microunde timp de 7 minute.</p>

<p>Mai adaugam in carnea tocata pasta de rosii, piper negru macinat si sare.</p>
<p>Pentru sos, taiati ceapa, tocati marunt morcovii si tocati usturoiul.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine ingredientele din carnea tocata si pune-le in ardeii pregatiti.</p>

<p>Puneti ardeii intr-o pozitie in picioare, cu umplutura in sus, in tigaie.</p>
<p>Scoateti frunzele de varf din varza, puneti-le inapoi intr-o punga de plastic si puneti-le la microunde pentru inca 5 minute.</p>
<p>Impartim fiecare foaie in doua parti, eliminand partea convexa.</p>
<p>Asezam carnea tocata ramasa pe frunze, le invelim in pungi si indoim frunzele spre interior, astfel incat umplutura sa nu fie vizibila.</p>

<p>Pune legumele tocate pentru sos pe fundul tigaii.</p>
<p>Asezam sarmale peste ele si le asezam intre ardeii umpluti.</p>
<p>Se amesteca sare si pasta de rosii in apa fierbinte, se toarna in ardei si sarmale.</p>
<p>Aduceti amestecul la fierbere la foc mare, apoi gatiti la foc mediu timp de 40 de minute.</p>

<p>Dupa gatit, puteti stropi sarmalele si ardei umpluti cu verdeata.</p>
<p>Serviti cu o lingura de smantana.</p>
