<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>5 ardei mari</p>
<p>400 g branza feta</p>
<p>70 g branza tare sau cascaval</p>
<p>200 g iaurt</p>
<p>1 rosie medie</p>
<p>Putin ulei de masline</p>
<p>1 catel de usturoi</p>
<p>piper negru</p>
<p>5 frunze de menta</p>
<p>patrunjel</p>
<p>oregano</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalam ardeii, scoatem semintele din interior si ii taiem de-a lungul.</p>
<p>Sa ii lasam deoparte deocamdata.</p>
<p>Punem branza feta intr-un bol separat, amestecam cu branza tare sau cascaval, tocam rosia marunt aici, trecem usturoiul prin presa, tocam menta, patrunjelul si oregano.</p>
<p>Adaugati iaurt, amestecati totul intr-o masa omogena.</p>
<p>Umpleti ardeii cu masa rezultata si transferati-i in tava de copt.</p>

<p>Acum se pune putin ulei de masline, se da la cuptor pentru 40 de minute la 200 de grade.</p>
