<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati stafidele si uscati-le cu un prosop de hartie pentru ca stafidele sa fie uscate, pentru aceasta reteta este mai bine sa luati stafide mici.</p>
<p>Toate ingredientele pentru aluat trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Bateti untul inmuiat cu un mixer pana devine pufos.</p>

<p>Adaugati zaharul, zaharul vanilat, sarea si bateti la viteza mare pana se combina complet.</p>
<p>Adaugati cate un ou si bateti fiecare portie pana cand se omogenizeaza si pana cand zaharul este complet dizolvat.</p>
<p>Adaugati branza de vaci in masa batuta, daca branza de vaci este granuloasa, treceti-o printr-o sita, amestecati pana la omogenizare.</p>

<p>Adaugati stafidele pregatite, amestecati cu o spatula, astfel incat stafidele sa fie distribuite uniform.</p>

<p>Cerneti faina si praful de copt si framantati, amestecati pana se omogenizeaza complet.</p>
<p>Formele din silicon nu trebuie lubrifiate cu ulei, puteti coace in forme de briose, puneti cosuri de hartie in ele.</p>
<p>Cu 2 linguri umplem formele cu aluat, lasam 0,5 cm pana la marginea formei.</p>
<p>Coacem la cuptor, preincalzit la 190 de grade, 25-30 de minute, pana se rumenesc.</p>
<p>Retineti ca fiecare cuptor este diferit, temperatura si timpul de gatire pot varia.</p>
<p>Verificam pregatirea cu o frigaruie de lemn, ar trebui sa iasa uscata.</p>
<p>Scoateti briosele din forma, puneti-le pe un gratar si lasati-le sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Se presara cu zahar pudra.</p>
