<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 120 g</p>
<p>Lapte &#8211; 120 ml</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>Branza &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Sunca/ salam/ carnati &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 40 ml</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Sare dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti 2 oua cu un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Turnati 120 ml de lapte in amestecul de oua.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati 40 ml ulei vegetal si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toarna 120 g de faina si 1 lingurita de praf de copt.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul.</p>
<p>Pe razatoare dam 100 g de branza sau cascaval si 80 g de sunca, salam sau orice fel de carne.</p>

<p>Adaugati branza si carnea in aluat, amestecati.</p>
<p>Ungeti cu ulei formele pentru briose si umpleti-le.</p>
<p>Cresc bine in timpul coacerii, asa ca umpleti-le cam pana la jumatate.</p>
<p>Punem briosele in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 C pentru 15-20 minute.</p>

<p>Briosele cu branza sunt o idee grozava de mic dejun pentru intreaga familie.</p>
