<p>ceapa &#8211; 1 buc.;</p>
<p>morcovi &#8211; 1 buc.;</p>
<p>branza mozzarella &#8211; 40 g;</p>
<p>ceapa verde &#8211; 1 legaura;</p>
<p>rozmarin, paprika, sare, piper negru &#8211; dupa gust.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Razuiti cartofii pe razatoarea grosiera splati-i bine cu apa rece.</p>
<p>Adaugati gheata si asteptati 10 minute.</p>
<p>Taiati telina pe lungime si apoi in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>De asemenea, tocati marunt ceapa.</p>
<p>Razuiti morcovii.</p>
<p>Transferati ingredientele intr-o tigaie cu unt topit sau ulei.</p>
<p>Combinati legumele calite cu carnea tocata si cartofii.</p>
<p>Adaugati o lingurita de sare, boia de ardei si piper negru.</p>
<p>Adaugati putin rozmarin.</p>
<p>Tocati marunt ceapa verde.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine toate ingredientele.</p>
<p>Acoperiti o tava cu hartie de copt, intindeti aluatul si distribuiti-l uniform pe toata suprafata.</p>
<p>Se da la cuptor pentru 30 de minute la 200 de grade.</p>
