<p>Astazi va prezentam o reteta usoara de cartofi umpluti care poate fi facuta intr-un timp scurt si e delicioasa.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>15 cartofi mici</p>
<p>250 g de carne tocata,</p>
<p>1 ceapa,</p>
<p>50 g de smantana</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>sare,</p>
<p>piper ardei.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii si scobiti-i in centru, aveti grija sa nu deteriorati peretele cartofului. Fierbeti cartofii in apa cu sare timp de 8-10 minute.</p>

<p>Curatati ceapa si amestecati-o cu carnea. Se condimenteaza umplutura si se amesteca iar. Umpleti cartofii cu umplutura de carne tocata si puneti-i intr-o tava de copt mai adanca.</p>

<p>Se amesteca smantana cu sare, unt topit si putina apa, apoi se toarna peste cartofii umpluti. Coaceti timp de aproximativ 30 de minute intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade. Se servesc fierbinti, pofta buna!</p>
