<p>Varza alba 500 g</p>
<p>Chimen0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Ardei gras 1 buc.</p>
<p>Oua 2 buc.</p>
<p>Lapte 100 ml</p>
<p>Iaurt 50 g</p>
<p>Amidon 30 g</p>
<p>Verdeata 0,5 gramada</p>
<p>Mozzarella 130 g</p>
<p>Sare si piper negru (macinat) dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa in cuburi si prajiti-o cu 1 lingura ulei de masline pana devine aurie.</p>
<p>Se rad morcovii pe razatoarea grosiera, se adauga la ceapa si se prajesc 5-7 minute.</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii mari, taiati cubulete medii si trimiteti in tigaia cu legume.</p>
<p>Se toarna apa si se fierbe acoperit timp de 7-9 minute.</p>
<p>In acest moment, tocati varza si trimiteti-o si in tigaie.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se fierbe acoperit timp de 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>Se adauga chimen, sare si piper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Acoperiti si gatiti timp de 5-7 minute.</p>
<p>Se scoate miezul din ardei, se taie legumele cubulete si se adauga la celelalte ingrediente.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se fierbe acoperit inca 5 minute.</p>
<p>Scoateti de pe foc.</p>
<p>Se bat ouale si se amesteca cu laptele si iaurtul.</p>
<p>Adaugati amidon de cartofi si sare, amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toaca ierburile (mararul si patrunjelul) si se adauga in amestecul lichid.</p>
<p>Ungeti o tava de copt cu ulei si intindeti legumele, turnati amestecul de ou-lapte si amestecati.</p>
<p>Presarati caserola cu mozzarella rasa si trimiteti-o la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 40 de minute.</p>
