<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>peste crap &#8211; 1 kg;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 4 linguri;</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>boia afumata &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>usturoi uscat &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 2 linguri;</p>
<p>maioneza &#8211; 1 lingura;</p>
<p>coriandru &#8211; ½ lingurita;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; ½ lingurita.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Sarati si piperati pestele, curatat de maruntaie, oase si solzi.</p>
<p>Pentru aluat, amestecati ouale cu boia afumata, usturoiul uscat, smantana, maioneza, coriandru si sare.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina in ingredientele amestecate pentru aluat si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Inmuiati pestele in aluat si rulati-l pe toate partile.</p>

<p>Intr-o tigaie in ulei vegetal, prajiti pestele in aluat pana se rumeneste pe toate partile.</p>
