<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>faina de porumb &#8211; 400 g</p>
<p>frisca lichida &#8211; 400 ml</p>
<p>lapte condensat &#8211; 395 g</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 14 g</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 25 g</p>
<p>lapte integral &#8211; 100 ml</p>
<p>lapte condensat &#8211; 350 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se pune zaharul intr-o cratita si se incinge, amestecand continuu, pana se dizolva.</p>
<p>Dupa ce se caramelizeaza, amestecati-l cu untul si apoi cu laptele.</p>
<p>La final, amestecati laptele condensat in amestec si gatiti pana se ingroasa.</p>

<p>Turnati faina de porumb intr-un bol, adaugati laptele condensat si frisca lichida si amestecati.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati praful de copt.</p>
<p>Ungeti o tava de chec (diametrul 23 cm) cu unt si turnati aluatul in ea.</p>

<p>Se adauga apoi umplutura cate o lingura pe mijlocul tavii si se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade pentru 35 de minute.</p>
