<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>Mere 2 buc.</p>
<p>Se coace la 180° ~ 40-45 minute.</p>
<p>Timpul de coacere si temperatura vor varia in functie de cuptor.</p>
<p>Dimensiunea formei 24 x 11 cm</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati 2 mere de marime medie in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol punem 2 oua, adaugam zahar, zahar vanilat si sare si mixam.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul topit si racit.</p>
<p>Amestecam cu telul si adaugam branza de vaci.</p>
<p>Amestecam cu un tel.</p>
<p>Punem praful de copt si o parte din faina cernuta.</p>
<p>Am amestecat cu un tel.</p>
<p>Se adauga restul de faina si se framanta un aluat destul de gros.</p>
<p>Turnam merele pregatite in aluat.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usor cu o spatula</p>
<p>Transferam aluatul intr-o tava de copt.</p>

<p>Punem tava la copt in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade.</p>

<p>Timp de coacere 40-45 minute.</p>
<p>Prajitura trebuie sa aiba o crusta maro aurie, dar cel mai bine verificati cu o frigaruie de lemn.</p>
