<p>4 galbenusuri</p>
<p>1 lingurita extract de vanilie</p>
<p>4 albusuri</p>
<p>80 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>1/4 lingurita sare</p>
<p>Pentru partea de cacao:</p>
<p>1 lingura cacao</p>
<p>1 lingura apa fierbinte</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati faina, amidonul de porumb si praful de copt intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati uleiul vegetal fierbinte si amestecati pentru a combina ingredientele.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati laptele, adaugati galbenusurile si extractul de vanilie, daca folositi.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine amestecul si lasati-l deoparte.</p>
<p>Intre timp, adaugati albusurile intr-un castron separat si incepeti sa bateti pana cand incep sa faca spuma.</p>
<p>Apoi, adaugati sare si treptat, in 3-4 parti, adaugati zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Bateti pana se formeaza varfuri tari, apoi bateti la cea mai mica viteza timp de inca 30 de secunde pentru a minimiza bulele de aer.</p>
<p>Incorporati cu grija albusurile batute spuma in amestecul de galbenusuri in 1/3 reprize pentru a mentine aluatul usor.</p>
<p>Separam 100 g de aluat si intr-un bol separat amestecam cacao cu apa fierbinte.</p>
<p>Adaugati acest amestec de cacao in aluatul pus deoparte si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Apoi, puneti aluatul usor ramas in tava de copt si apoi adaugati amestecul de cacao, obtinand un efect de marmura.</p>

<p>Combinati culorile cu ajutorul unei scobitori.</p>

<p>Punem apa fierbinte intr-o tava mai mare, apoi punem tava cu checul si o dam la cuptor</p>
<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 140°C pentru aproximativ 60-70 minute.</p>
