<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>170 g de faina</p>
<p>30 g praf de cacao</p>
<p>80 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>130 g unt (moale)</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>Stratul de branza:</p>
<p>600 g de branza</p>
<p>150 g smantana 20-25%</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>30 g amidon de porumb</p>
<p>150 g zahar</p>
<p>8 g zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Toate ingredientele trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Adaugati zahar pudra, praf de copt si sare in faina.</p>
<p>Cernem pudra de cacao si amestecam.</p>
<p>2. Adaugati untul taiat cubulete si amestecati cu mainile.</p>
<p>3. Transferati jumatate din firimituri in forma si nivelati, apasand putin (acoperiti fundul formei cu un diametru de 21-22 cm cu hartie de copt).</p>

<p>Puneti a doua parte a firimiturilor in frigider.</p>
<p>Coaceti baza pentru cheesecake timp de 15-18 minute la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>4. Daca branza este cu granule grosiere, trebuie batuta cu un blender.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati oua, zahar, zahar vanilat si smantana.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine cu un tel obisnuit pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>5. Se toarna amidon in masa de branza si se amesteca din nou.</p>
<p>6. Scoateti baza finita din cuptor, lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Apoi puteti distribui toata masa de branza, turnati a doua parte de firimituri deasupra.</p>

<p>7. Coaceti tortul aproximativ 60 de minute la 170 de grade.</p>

<p>Este de dorit sa raceasca complet cheesecake-ul si este mai bine sa-l puneti la frigider peste noapte.</p>
