3ï¸â£ Amesteca gelatina cu apa si las-o 10 minute sa se hidrateze.</p>
<p>4ï¸â£ Pune capsunile si zaharul intr-o cratita si fierbe-le aproximativ 4 minute.</p>
<p>5ï¸â£ Mixeaza capsunile, apoi adauga gelatina hidratata si amesteca bine.</p>
<p>6ï¸â£ Strecoara compozitia si las-o putin la racit.</p>
<p>7ï¸â£ Intr-un bol separat, mixeaza mascarpone cu laptele condensat si frisca.</p>
<p>8ï¸â£ Adauga compozitia de capsuni si amesteca pana devine o crema fina.</p>
<p>9ï¸â£ Toarna crema peste baza si pune desertul la frigider pentru 15 minute.</p>
<p>⨠Glazura:<br />
ð Dizolva jeleul roz in apa fierbinte si lasa-l putin sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>1ï¸â£1ï¸â£ Taie capsunile felii si aseaza-le deasupra prajiturii.</p>
<p>1ï¸â£2ï¸â£ Toarna jumatate din jeleu peste capsuni si pune la frigider 30 minute.</p>
<p>1ï¸â£3ï¸â£ Adauga restul de jeleu si lasa desertul la rece inca 30 minute sau pana se intareste complet.</p>
<p>ð Serveste prajitura rece, decorata cu capsuni proaspete.</p>
