<p>8 g zahar vanilat</p>

<p>Tava de copt 18x28cm</p>
<p>Se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C timp de 15 minute</p>
<p>Pentru merele caramelizate:</p>
<p>5 mere</p>
<p>60 g zahar</p>
<p>10 g amidon de porumb</p>
<p>Sucul de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>Pentru amestecul de branza:</p>
<p>600 g crema de branza</p>
<p>600 g smantana</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>Pentru decor:</p>
<p>60 g (5 linguri) faina</p>
<p>30 g zahar</p>
<p>20 g unt</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Punem faina si praful de copt intr-un bol la care adaugam untul dat pe razatoare, zaharul si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Amestacam pana obtinem firimituri, apoi adaugam oul si amescam pana obtinem un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Intindem aluatul pe o tava cu margini detasabile cu dimensiunile de 18&#215;28 cm.</p>

<p>Se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Taiem merele cu tot cu coaja in bucatele, le punem intr-o tigatie in care adaugam si zaharul, amidonul de porumb si zeama de la o lamaie.</p>

<p>Calim merele pana se evapora toata zeama, apoi adaugam merele in tava peste blatul scos din cuptor.</p>

<p>Mixam crema de branza, smantana, ouale si zaharul pana obtinem o crema consistenta si o adaugam peste mere.</p>

<p>Amestecam faina, zaharul si untul pana obtinem firimituri pe care le adaugam peste crema din tava.</p>

<p>Pentru decor putem adauga si cativa fulgi de migdale.</p>
