<p>faina de grau &#8211; 700 g</p>
<p>Galbenus de ou &#8211; 1 buc.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca sarea, 2 linguri zahar, 60 g unt topit, 250 ml lapte cald, un ou si drojdie (puteti lua 20 g proaspata).</p>
<p>Se toarna 550 g de faina cernuta si se framanta intr-un aluat moale.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu folie alimentara si se lasa sa se odihneasca 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Pregatiti umplutura in acest moment.</p>
<p>Macinati un amestec de faina, zahar si unt inmuiat in firimituri.</p>
<p>Intindeti aluatul intr-un strat dreptunghiular subtire, presarati jumatate cu firimituri si acoperiti cu partea libera.</p>
<p>Rulati in acelasi strat si repetati procedura.</p>

<p>Presarati umplutura pe partea lunga a foii de aluat a treia oara si impaturiti-o din nou in jumatate.</p>
<p>Intindeti, apoi taiati placa in patrate.</p>
<p>Indoiti colturile fiecarei piese spre interior si apasati in centru pentru a forma o floare.</p>
<p>Transferati semifabricatele pe o tava de copt, puneti cate o nuca sau migdala in centrul fiecaruia.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu folie de plastic si lasati sa stea timp de 25 de minute.</p>

<p>Bateti galbenusul cu o lingura de lapte si ungeti chiflele.</p>
<p>Se presara cu firimituri deasupra si se coace 25-30 de minute la 180 de grade.</p>
