<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>Branza de vaci &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>Albus de ou &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat &#8211; 8 g</p>
<p>Stafide &#8211; 60 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati zaharul, untul topit in oua si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati apa, lapte, drojdie si amestecati.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina, adaugati sare si amestecati, framantand aluatul.</p>
<p>Se lasa o ora, acoperim cu un prosop sau cu folie alimentara.</p>
<p>Adaugati albusul, zaharul, zaharul vanilat, stafidele in branza de vaci si amestecati.</p>
<p>Asezam aluatul pe o suprafata de lucru infainata si formam o bila.</p>
<p>Impartiti in 4 bucati si rulati in bile.</p>
<p>Din fiecare bila intindem patrate de 25&#215;25 cm.</p>
<p>Taiati marginile neuniforme si taiati in doua triunghiuri.</p>

<p>Puneti umplutura in centru si faceti taieturi.</p>
